I've lived in the Summerville area for over 30 years and have been selling residential homes and land locally for more than 15. I'm married to John Johnson, a born and bred Charlestonian who is retired from Robert Bosch and have 2 wonderful children who grew up in the public school system in Summerville. My daughter, Jessica, is married to Travis Freeman, and after graduating from Winthrop University with a degree in Elementary Education, she now teaches 6th grade at Alston Middle School in Summerville. My son, Ryan, graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Music Education and currently teaches music at North Augusta High School. He is the assistant band director for North Augusta’s marching band and is also on staff with Palmetto Percussion, an independent indoor percussion ensemble that competes nationally.
